MOSH – $13M

HEALTHTECH

MOSH, a brain health nutrition brand that makes protein bars formulated with cognitive-supporting ingredients, has raised $13M in Series A funding led by Main Street Advisors, with participation from Great Circle Ventures, Rogers Healy and Morrison Seger, PCG, and Tonic Ventures. MOSH was founded by Maria Shriver and Patrick Schwarzenegger in 2021.

Village, an AI-powered pediatric care platform that connects families, specialty providers, and payers around coordinated care teams for children with developmental and behavioral health needs, has raised $9.5M in Seed funding led by Upfront Ventures, with participation from Bling Capital, GTMFund, and Perceptive Ventures. Village was founded by Brandon Terry and Allan Smith in 2025.


Spring Labs – $5M

FINTECH
AI

Spring Labs, an AI-native compliance platform that helps financial institutions automate regulatory workflows and complaint management at scale, has raised $5M in Venture funding led by BankTech Ventures and Haymaker Ventures. Founded by John Sun, Adam Jiwan, and Anna Fridman in 2017, Spring Labs has now raised a total of $71M in reported equity funding.

Chance Studios – $3.2M

Chance Studios, a collectibles superapp that enables trading card game collectors to buy, sell, and connect within an integrated digital platform, has raised $3.2M in Venture funding co-led by Makers Fund and Hashed, with participation from Arbitrum Gaming Ventures, Gam3Girl Ventures, and Digital Elm. Chance Studios was founded by Jun Park and Arvin Dabiri.


Mansa Micro – $1M

Mansa Micro, a streaming technology company that produces short-form vertical micro-drama content for mobile audiences, has raised $1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2,000,000 and there were one investor in this close. Mansa Micro was founded by Nate Parker in 2026.
