Nervonik, a medical device company that develops peripheral nerve stimulation technology for treating chronic pain, has raised $52.5M in Series B funding led by Amzak Health, with participation from Elevage Medical Technologies, U.S. Venture Partners, Lumira Ventures, Foothill Ventures, and Shangbay Capital. Founded by Aydin Babakhani in 2020, Nervonik has now raised a total of $70M in reported equity funding.

Counterpart – $50M

FINTECH

Counterpart, an insurance technology company that provides AI-powered management and professional liability coverage for small businesses, has raised $50M in Series C funding led by Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Vy Capital. Founded by Tanner Hackett in 2019, Counterpart has now raised a total of $106M in reported equity funding.

Sleuth Insights – $7.68M

Sleuth Insights, a business intelligence platform that provides AI-powered competitive analysis for the biopharmaceutical industry, has raised $7.68M in venture funding from Atria Ventures, BluePointe Ventures, Hawktail, Near Horizon, and Unpopular Ventures. Sleuth Insights was founded by Andrew Pannu in 2023.

Tamber – $5M

AI

Tamber, a creative technology platform that provides AI-powered tools for music production, has raised $5M in venture funding from Adobe Ventures, Rackhouse Venture Capital, M13, Gaingels, and IAG Capital Partners. Tamber was founded by Zoe Wrenn in 2022.

LumiCup – $4.38M

SUSTAINABILITY

LumiCup, a sustainable packaging startup that produces endlessly recyclable aluminum cups for cold beverages, has raised $4.38M in Series A funding led by Hydra Group, with participation from Mordun Capital. LumiCup was founded by Kevin Diamond in 2021.
