Amca – $300M
ENTERPRISE
Amca, an aerospace and defense company that develops and produces critical components for military and commercial aviation programs, has raised $300M in Series B funding led by Caffeinated Capital with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, Lux Capital, Construct Capital, and House Capital. Founded by Jai Malik and Eli Giovanetti in 2024, Amca has now raised a total of $376.5M in reported equity funding.
