Tithe.ly , the technology provider focused provider payment solutions for churches and non-profits to fundraise, has raised an additional $15.2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were seven investors in the round. Founded in 2013 by Barn Sweetman and Dean Sweetman , Tithe.ly has now raised a total of $20M in reported equity funding.

SHO Products , a manufacturer and distributor of cannabis accessories, equipment, and technology, has raised $3.6M in Series A funding led by Ann Tenenbaum . SHO was founded by Samuel Jurist and Vincent D’Accolti in 2015.

RCT Studio , the creative studio for interactive and immersive film, has raised $1.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that three investors participated in the round. This is the first institutional round of funding for the startup founded by Jesse Cheng Lyu and Yuheng Chen , who previously founded Raven (acquired by Baidu).

Athletic wear brand Wone has raised $1.4M in funding led by Bolt . Wone was founded by Kristin Hildebrand and Ryan Hildebrand in 2018.

According to a recent SEC filing Edtech startup weThink , which uses adaptive learning, has raised $400K in funding in what appears to be a convertible note. The filing indicates the total offering is for $650K and there was a sole participant in this close. Katrina Salazar is listed as the CEO in the filing as well.
