Direct-to-consumer wine service DRINKS has raised $15M in Series B funding from investors that include Shea Ventures , Kayne NewRoad Ventures Fund , Guillaume Cuvelier , Zac Brandenberg , Beverly Pacific , Stable Road Capital , and Yehuda Shmidman . Founded by Barry Collier , Josiah Gordon , Louis Amoroso , and Zac Brandenberg in 2013, DRINKS has now raised a total of $28.3M in funding over three funding rounds.

The management system, Ordermark , organizes incoming third-party restaurant orders via apps like Seamless and GrubHub, and it raised $9.5M led by Nosara Capital and including participation from Techstar Ventures, Mucker Capital , RiverPark Ventures , TenOneTen Ventures , Matchstick Ventures , Vertical Venture Partners , Act One Ventures , and AARD Capital . Ordermark has now raised a total of $12.6M over four rounds.

Milk and Eggs is an online marketplace for health-conscious individuals and it raised $6.1M in a Seed round led by Morningside Venture Partners . This LA startup was founded by Ash C and Kenneth W in 2016.

The telematics company, Momentum IoT , that tracks small to mid-sized fleets raised $3.1M led by Howard Edmund Capital and Thompson Aerospace . This Long Beach startup was created by Justin Silva in 2017.

Game developer Singularity 6 has raised $2.5M in Seed funding led by London Venture Partners . Singularity 6 was founded by Riot Games vets Aidan Karabaich and Anthony Leung earlier this year.

EquityBee , the platform that allows investors to finance employee stock option purchases, has raised $1.05M in funding. The filing indicates that there were 8 participants in the funding and total offering amount is $1.6M. EquityBee was founded by Arik Moav , Oded Golan , and Oren Barzilai in 2017.

According to a recent SEC filing, Titan DX has raised $332K in funding for its smart contract escrow service. The filing lists Jesse Crawford and Rajendra K. Gupta as executives and directors.
