Grindr , the all-male social media network has sold 60% stake to the Chinese gaming company Kunlun Worldwide for $93 million.

mPulse Mobile , the HR app for healthcare, has raised a $10M Series A from investors Merrick Ventures, Jumpstart Ventures, OCA Ventures and HLM Venture Partners. CEO Chris Nicholson has now raised $11.7M for the company over 2 rounds.

Unmute , the app that upgrades your phone calls, has raised $2.2M in a Seed round. Greycroft Partners led the funding with help from Betaworks, Crosscut Ventures and Comcast Ventures. Zya , the company that is integrating music creation and games, has raised $4.26M in debt financing. The company has raised $34.66M to date.

Force Impact Technologies , the spear-headers of wearable tech, has announced a Seed round.

Business Rockstars , the CEO and entrepreneurial show, has raised a $1.92M venture round. This is the founders Ken Rutkowski and Steve Lehman first round of funding.
