Service , the customer service team at your fingertips, has announced a $3.1M Seed led by Founders Fund and followed by Maveron, Menlo Ventures and Eight Road Ventures. This is Michael Schnieder’s second round of funding.

Stem Disintermedia , the company giving you the ability to track and share earnings, has raised an undisclosed amount in their Seed round from: Wasted Talent, Daniel & Andre Lieberberg, Sander Landsaat, Bradford Cobb, Creed Co., Three Six Zero Group, Dimension 6, LLC, Scott Belsky, Scooter Braun, Yael Cohen, Shervin Pishevar, Allen DeBevoise, Ludlow Ventures, Vayner/RSE, Blockchain Capital and Mark Cuban.

Divshot, the HTML5 web hosting platform, has been acquired by Google and the team at Divshot will be joining the Firebase team. Santa Monica-based Divshot has raised a total of $1.18M across two rounds.

17hats , the entrepreneurial business management app, has raised $4M in a Series A round from Wavemaker Partners. This is Donovan Janus’ second round of funding.

We had a great time attending the Siemer Summit this past week and had a chance to catch up with the investment and entrepreneurial community that is interested in the Los Angeles startup ecosystem.

FabFitFun , the company that sends you seasonal gifts, has raised $3.5M from various investors. This is founders Michael Broukhim , Daniel Broukhim and Sam Teller’s first round.

Beyond Meat , the company making vegetarian meat substitutions, has raised $17M Series E from Obvious Ventures. Beyond Meat is lead by CEO Ethan Browns.
