OUYA, the video gaming platform for television has announced that is has been acquired by video gaming company Razer for an undisclosed amount.   All indications point to a fire sale of the assets as the hardware does not seem to be continuing and the CEO will not be joining Razer. OUYA had raised $33.6M across 3 rounds since its founding in 2012.
