Mobcrush , the mobile video streaming company focused on gaming, has announced a $10M Series A financing. The round was funded by Kleiner Perkins and this funding brings the total raised to $14.9M across 2 rounds.

Yuneec , leader in electric aviation and drone technologies, has announced $60M Venture funded by Intel Capital.

Charge Messenger , formerly known as Bolt, the smartest instant messaging platform has raised $1.7M in Seed funding. Investors in the round include Pelion Venture Partners, Atlas Venture, Maiden Lane Ventures, Metamorphic Ventures, Cherubic Ventures, Craig Walker, John Wolthuis, and Matt Tanase.

MB Trading , the El-Segundo-based direct access online brokerage has been acquired by TradeKing for an undisclosed amount in an asset sale. Steve Demarest, President of MB Trading said, “We chose to enter into this agreement with TradeKing because our two firms share a very similar philosophy; that is to give our clients the very best tools, technology and pricing to put them in a position to win. We know everyone at TradeKing is as committed as we are to treating our clients right and doing whatever it takes to help them succeed.”

Sellbrite , the Pasadena-based multichannel ecommerce selling platform founded by Michael Ugino and Brian Nolan has announced a $300K angel round. The company has now raised $950K in total over two rounds with its previous round funded by the Idealab incubator founded by Bill Gross, Tom Hughes, and Marcia Goodstein.

HelloTech , the on-demand residential technical support provider, has raised a $10M Series A round. The round was funded by Amplify.LA and Madrona Venture Group. The company, founded by Minah Oh, Sascha Linn, Richard Wolpert has now raised a total of $14.5M across 3 rounds since its founding in late 2014.
