Valar Atomics, a developer of compact, helium-cooled nuclear reactors clustered at industrial-scale gigasites to deliver carbon-free power for AI data centers and heavy industry, has raised $340M in Series B funding from Palmer Luckey and Shyam Sankar. Founded by Isaiah Taylor in 2023, Valar Atomics has now raised a total of $489M in reported equity funding.

The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1.5M and there were 9 investors in this close. Next TFX was founded by Eric Hoek and Patrick O’Brien in 2025.
