AuditBoard , the software solution for enterprise-level compliance, has raised $40M in Series B funding from investors that include Battery Ventures and Mucker Capital . Founded by Daniel Kim and Jay Lee in 2014, AuditBoard, which a previously known as SOXHUB, has now raised a total of $43.6M in funding over three rounds.

Cargomatic , the on-demand platform, connecting shippers and truckers, has raised $35M in Series B funding from investors that include Canaan Partners , Warburg Pincus , Xplorer Capital , Genesee & Wyoming , and Muse Family Enterprises . Founded by Brett Parker , Jonathan Kessler , and Martin Hendleman in 2013, Cargomatic has now raised a total of $55.8M in funding over eight funding rounds.

SFOX , the prime dealer for trading cryptocurrency for institutions, has raised $22.7M in funding from a roster of investors that include Y Combinator , Social Capital , DHVC (Danhua Capital), Digital Currency Group , Nathan Blecharczyk , Joseph Melika , and Tribe Capital . SFOX was founded by Akbar Thobhani and George Melika in 2014.

Healthcare payment platform, AxiaMed , raised $12.4M led by Health Enterprise Partners and Nashville Capital Network . This is the second funding round for the startup founded in 2014 by Randal Clark , and it has now raised a total of $15.8M.

Verses , the foundation seeking to make protocols for blockchain based ownership rights for AR, has raised $6M in funding from Decentra . Verses was founded by Dan Mapes and Gabriel Rene .

Lucidity is built on the Ethereum network and it is bringing transparency to digital advertising. Founded by Miguel Moraeles , Sam Goldberg , and Sam Kim , it raised $5M from Cypher Group , Youbi Capital , CoinUs, 3Rodeo , and Pithia Funds.

According to a recent SEC filing , Fanbank , the SaaS commerce and communication platform catered towards Main Street small businesses, has raised $4.65M in funding. The filing indicates that there were 11 participants in the round. Fanbank was founded in 2014 by Mitch Jacobs , who also founded OnDeck (IPO in 2014).

According to a recent SEC filing, ARwall , the AR platform that does not require any specialized hardware, has raised $2M in funding. This appears to be the first round of funding for ARwall which was founded by Jocelyn Hsu and Rene Amador in the winter of 2017. The filing indicates that there one participant that was involved in the round.

The platform that promotes a healthy lifestyle, Carepoynt, raised $2M in a Seed round. Founded by Tim Stanley and Tom Giannuli in 2015, this startup has raised $3.5M over three rounds.

According to a recent SEC filing, Cinelytic , the intelligence, data, and analytics platform for the business side of the film industry founded by Rene Bastian , Tobias Queisser , and Dev K. Sen in 2017, has raised $1.87M in funding. The filing indicates that there were 5 participants in the round and the total offering is for $3M. The filing also lists Thai media executive Jwanwat Ahriyavraromp as a Director of the company.

MyLabBox , the at home STD testing company, has raised $1.6 M in funding from investors that include Sand Hill Angels , Morgan Stanley , K5 Ventures , Pasadena Angels , Texas Halo Fund , and Pipeline Angels . Founded by Lora Lvanova and Ursula Hessenflow in 2013, MyLabBox has now raised a total of $3.2M in funding over three funding rounds.
