FilmTrack , the company providing content and rights management solutions, has raised $5.5M in Series C funding from Insight Venture Partners. The company has raised $35M to date as well as acquired RoyaltyZone .

Funraise , the platform for nonprofit fundraising, has raised $3M in a Seed round of funding from Toba Capital and Tech Coast Angels, for the company’s first round of funding.

Here Be Dragons , the company that supports the world’s best innovators in VR film making, has raised $10M in a Series A round of funding led by Discovery Communications and joined in by David Jones and David Droga. The company is a sister company of Within and has successfully raised its first round of funding.

Pistol Lake , the minimalist apparel company, has raised $600K in a round of Venture funding led by Slow Ventures in corroboration with Liquid 2 Ventures and Neil Parikh. This is the company’s second round of funding to date.

Forkspot , the company that automatically shows you restaurant discounts, has raised an undisclosed amount in an Angel round of funding for the company’s third round of total funding.

Chef’d , the company personalizing the meal kit, has raised $35.21M in Series B funding from Smithfield and Campbell Soup Company. This rounds raises the company’s total amount funded to $40.46M over their 2 rounds.

Ocular Data Systems , the eye scanning company assisting law enforcement, has raised an undisclosed amount in a Venture round of funding from Pasadena Angels for the company’s second round of funding.
