ProducePay , the company providing payment solutions to the fresh produce industry, has raised $7M in Series A funding from undisclosed investors. Founder Pablo Schwarzbeck has raised $10.9M over 4 rounds of funding.

Our friends at Greycroft Partners have announced their second growth stage fund. Half of this $250M fund will be used for follow on investments in the existing portfolio. Greycroft is founded by Alan Patricof , Dana Settle, and Ian Sigalow .

GOAT , the mobile shoe marketplace, has raised $25M in a Venture round of funding led by Accel Partners with participation from Webb Investment Network, Upfront Ventures and Matrix Partners. The company has raised $37.6M over 4 rounds.

Ampsy , the company providing social aggregation tools, has raised $1.34M in Seed funding led by Exponential Partners . The company has raised $7.6M over 6 rounds.

Exactuals , the company making online secure payments to non-employees, has raised $10M in a Series A round of funding. The investment was led by City National Bank, TTV Capital with participation from John Svoboda, Steve Dow, Mark Leslie, Russell Siegelman, Temerity Capital Partners, Palo Alto Venture Partners, S-Cubed Capital and StanfordStartX Fund.

Float , the company reinventing the modern credit experience, has raised $3M in Seed funding from 500 Startups, Camp One Ventures and Funders Club. This is the company’s second round of funding.
