The Bouqs Company , the modern flower delivery company, has raised $24M in Series C funding led by Partech Ventures with participation from Reimagined Ventures, Robert Herjavec, Quest Venture Partners, KEC Ventures, Azure Capital Partners and NextEquity Partners. The company has raised $43M over their 5 rounds.

Comparably , the company providing data on workplace compensation and environment, has raised $7.25M in a Venture round of funding led by Greycroft Partners with participation from Rincon Venture Partners, Accelerator Ventures, Cornerstone OnDemand, Lowercase Capital, Upfront Ventures and Crosslink Capital. The company has raised $13.75M over 2 rounds.

And in the biggest news of the week, Snapchat has filed for its IPO. The IPO will raise an additional $3B in funding and rumors circulating price the company's valuation as high as $34B. This will mark the largest exit in LA tech history and will introduce a new influx of cash into the ecosystem; even if Snapchat never reaches profitability.
