Sensay , the on-demand A.I chatbox, has raised $4.5M in Seed funding led by Norwest Venture Partners – NVP with participation from Claytonia Capital, Amplify.LA, Draper Associates, NHN, Sweet Capital Ltd. and Greycroft Partners. The founders Ariel Jalali and Crystal Rose have raised $6M for their third round of funding.

Hulu , the popular video service, has raised $580M from Time Warner in return for 10% stake in the company. The company has raised $680M and is valued at $5.3B.

All Day Media , the editorial media site, has raised $2.3M in Seed funding led by Upfront Ventures with support from 500 Startups, Daher Capital, Upfront Ventures, Allen DeBevoise, Mark Suster, Dave McClure, Nanea Reeves, Bilal Zuberi, Ben Donovan, QueensBridge Venture Partners, Third Wave Digital and Wavemaker Partners. This is the company’s first round of funding.

Cinemet , the app that helps you go on movie-dates, has raised an Angel round of funding for the second round of funding for the young company.
