Reserve , the digital restaurant concierge service, has raised a round of an unknown amount from Diageo Technology Ventures for the company’s third round of funding. Founders Greg Hong and Joe Marchese had raised $15M prior to this round. We'll have a full interview with the Reserve team this week here .

The office management platform, Managed by Q , has raised $25M in their Series B round. Investors included: Fabrice Grinda, Flight Ventures, Kapor Capital, DUMAC, Slow Ventures, Novel TMT Ventures, blisce/, SV Angel, FJ Labs, FJ Labs, Greycroft Partners, RRE Ventures, Homebrew, Kapor Capital and GV.

Influenster , the product discovery platform, has raised a $8M Series A round from lead investor Ebates. For founders Elizabeth Scherle and Aydin Acar, this marks their first round of funding.

Vestly , the online stock trading gaming platform, has raised Seed round of $4M from Foundermark. This is the first round of funding for the Intelligration company.

The market research and analytics company, Persado , has raised $30M in a Series C round led by Goldman Sachs with participation from Citi Ventures, American Express Ventures, StarVest Partners and Bain Capital Ventures. The company has raised $66M to date.We'll have a full interview with the Persado team this week here .

Sawyer , the platform that allows you to access the best kids classes around, has raised $1.5M in Seed funding. Collaborative Fund and Notation Capital funded the 2 nd round for Marissa Evans and Stephanie Choi’s company.

Stae , the civil engineering company, announced a $60K Seed round funded by URBAN-X for the company’s 1 st round.

Grovo , the workplace learning company, has announced the launch of Grovo Grants. Grovo Grants is a new initiative to make the company’s platform and microlearning content available to all non profits. 5 non profits will be selected to receive access to the Grovo learning platform for one year. ShooWin , the company that lets you pre-purchase potential sports and entertainment events has raised a $1.25M round in Seed funding. BBG Ventures funded the round for founder Brisa Trinchero’s second round of funding.

Happy Returns , the service that returns Ecommerce items for you, raised a Seed round of $1.9M. For founders, David Sobie and Mark Geller’s company, this is the first round of funding.

x.ai , the artificially intelligent assistant that schedules your meetings, has raised $23M in a Series B round led by Two Sigma Ventures. CrunchFund, Pritzker Group Venture Capital, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, SoftBank Capital, Work-Bench, FirstMark Capital, IA Ventures and DCM Ventures participated in the round.

Smartling , the company transforming how content is created, has acquired Jargon , the company that makes it easy for global brands to internationalize their apps. The acquisition terms were undisclosed. Smartling looks to address major pain points in global content creation with the acquisition.
