Headspace , the digital mental wellness platform, has raised $34.3M in their Series A round led by the Chernin Group with participation from Advancit Capital, Allen & Company, Breyer Capital, Broadway Video Ventures, Deerfield Capital Management, Freelands Ventures, William Morris Endeavor, Jessica Alba, Cash Warren, Jared Leto, Ryan Seacrest, and Jeff Weiner.

The artist talent agency, WME , has announced a private equity investment of $250M. The agency works with artists across every all aspects of the entertainment sector.

Visionary VR , the company that is making storytelling great through VR, has announced a $6M Series A round led by Draper Fish Jurveston (DFJ) as well as from End Cue, LLC, Vayner/RSE, Greylock Partners, BDMI, and The Venture Reality Fund.

The customer care company, TasksUs , has raised $14M in a Debt Financing round from Bridge Bank. The company has now raised $15M to date.

Three Day Rule , the well-curated matchmaking site, has raised $1.2M in Series A funding from the DAN Fund. Founder Talia Goldstein has now raised 3 rounds to date.

inQuoba , the customer experience and engagement software, has raised a Venture round of an unknown amount from Convergence .
