CREXi , the company taking CRE sales online, has raised a Seed round of $4.3M from Leon Capital Group, Karlin Ventures, Founder Collective, TenOneTen Ventures, Freestyle Capital and Lerer Hippeau Ventures.

American Solar Direct , providing residential access to solar power, has raised their first round of funding. Founder Brennan R. Mulcahy is leading the cause to change to solar power providers.

Xirrus , providing wireless networking products, has raised $7.5M round in a debt financing. To date, the company has raised $112.72M.

Pathmatics , the digital adver, tisement analytics company, has raised a $3M Venture round led by Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments, with support from Double M Partners, Baroda Ventures, Wavemaker Partners, Manatt Venture Partners, and earlier investors Upfront Ventures, Karlin Ventures, and Daher Capital.

Oro Inc. , providing open source tools, has raised their first round of funding of $12M in a Series A round. Highland Capital Partners Europe funded the round.
