ZestFinance , the company that uses machines to make financial decisions, has raised $150M in a Debt Financing by Fortress Investment Group . CEO Douglas Merrill has now raised a total of $262M for the company.

Skurt , the rental car delivery startup, has raised $1.3M in a Seed Round of funding from Mark Suster, Mark Troughton, Sam Rosen, Adam Goldstein, Scott Marlette, Errol Damelin and Upfront Ventures. This is CEO Josh Mangel’s first round of funding.

Reload Studios , the startup that is developing virtual reality game technology, has announced a $4M Series A round of funding from World Innovation Lab and Rothenberg Ventures. This is founders’ James Chung and Taehoon Oh’s 2 nd round of funding.

FilmTrack , the rights management solution, has raised $10M in a Debt Financing from Silicon Valley Bank and Wellington Financial. Founders Jason and Stephen Kassin have raised a total of $40M.

Hixme , the health benefit innovators, has raised $10.5M in a Series A round led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. This is CEO Denny Weinberg’s first round.
