Coco, the last-mile delivery platform that uses sidewalk robots, has raised $56.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from thirty-seven investors. Founded by Brad Squicciarini and Zach Rash in 2019, Coco has now raised a total of $98.4M in reported equity funding.

The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and this close comes from nine investors. Founded by Colin Brophy and Jake Hirabayashi in 2021, The Futures App has now raised a total of $9.2M in reported equity funding.

Nudj Health – $3M

Nudj Health, a mental health care platform that integrates wellness into patient care, has raised $3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and this close comes from twenty-seven investors. Founded by Earl Bray, Jeff Marchese, and Yuri Sudhakar in 2021, Nudj Health has now raised a total of $20.5M in reported equity funding.
