Meditation app Headspace has raised an additional $47.7M as a Series C extension for a round that first closed in March. The total Series C round now stands at $100.7M. The funding comes from existing investors that include blisce/, Waverley Capital, Times Bridge, The Chernin Group, Spectrum Equity, and Advancit Capital. Founded by Andy Puddicombe and Richard Pierson in 2010, Headspace has now raised a total of $176M in reported equity funding.
