The saying goes, “finding a job is a full time job” and unfortunately it is not a paying job. The growing industry of employment, both for job seekers and for those hiring is booming, yet it is still taking, days, weeks, and sometimes months to even get a call back. Well, ZipRecruiter is making this process a lot simpler. Recruiters can reach 1000’s of candidates easier and job seekers can search and apply at faster rates.
Today at LA TechWatch we chat with the team about the business, starting up in LA, and how they are changing ‘finding a job” into not a job at all.
